For technical questions regarding PA Courts Online Services, please contact the Judicial Administration Applications Support (JAAS) Help Desk by email at HelpDesk-JAAS@pacourts.us .  The Help Desk is staffed weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  In addition, voice-mail is available 24 hours a day.  We will respond to your voice-mail messages during staffed help desk hours.
